Chuck E. Cheese
Locations all throughout Maryland! Annapolis, Laurel, Largo, Glen Burnie, Waldorf, Takoma Park, Rockville, Baltimore, Parkville, Bel Air, Frederick
When was the last time you went to a Chuck E. Cheese? I haven’t been since the early 90s, so I was SO excited when they invited us to check out the Annapolis location. Gone are the giant climbing structures, tunnels and ball pits – there are now games for ALL ages where you pay by the hour for unlimited game play!
Here’s what we loved:
⭐️No charge to enter – just pay for food and game play
⭐️Game play is available on timed cards – play as much as you want during your time frame! This gives kids more freedom to play what they want without having to worry about point value of each game. You can pause your time card to take a break or eat.
⭐️Safety! There is a gate at the entrance/exit monitored by a staff member. Each member of your group receives a black light stamp upon arrival. No one is allowed to leave with a child unless they have the matching stamp. This really gave me peace of mind!

⭐️Games for all ages! Our group ranged from age 2-65 and every single one of us had fun playing games.
⭐️While outside food is not allowed, I found the food to be pretty reasonable for a place like this and the pizza was good (crust is drizzled with garlic butter sauce – $18 for a large cheese)

⭐️Tons of prize options! Even if you only win a small amount of tickets, there were TONS of prize options to choose from – this was a highlight for my kids!

⭐️ Cleanliness! They are constantly cleaning this place! We’ve been when it’s been busy and when it was not – both times there was at least one employee disinfecting games and tables. The bathrooms were also spotless.
⭐️Friendly staff – this is a big one and not necessarily something I expected for whatever reason but it has really stood out to me. All the employees that we have interacted with have been so friendly, personable, good with the kids and helpful!
The cost for game play is $15 for 30 min, $25 for 60, etc. The photo below shows the current pricing at the time of our visit to the Annapolis location.

We also got a chance to visit the newly renovated Laurel location for their Grand Reopening! This location boasts a new light up interactive dance floor, and big screen and streams music videos in addition to all of the games and food offered at other locations! Chuck E. Cheese is such a great option for indoor fun – great for those hot summer days (or cold winter days!). Let me know if you check it out!
